Specialised Nursing Care
Many people with disabilities may need Advanced Nursing Care. At Eazzy care, we have a team of highly qualified Support Workers and Registered Nurses who can provide High Intensity Care.
Supported Independent Living
At Eazzy care , we provide a high quality of in-home disability care services. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) solutions are for people with high support needs, who need permanent help at their homes or even in our SDA facilities.
Community Access & Companionship
Like many of you, we believe that our participants should be able to engage in daily living as independently as possible. Our Community Access Program is designed to allow you control what you do and when you do it, with just the right level of support along the way
